If I was trying to put this up on Reece’s 6 month birthday I only missed it by about 2 1/2 years… Anyway, some pictures!
Reece Davin
The newest addition to our growing family was born a little over two weeks ago, 12/22/2011.
Reece Davin Aldrich
He was born at 12:13pm weighing in at a beastly 9lbs 6.1oz and measuring 21″.
The name Reece is something that just came to us one day but his middle name has a bit of meaning. More on that later.
For now, here’s some pictures from the first two weeks of our little man’s life.
Delilah 6-12 Months
Delilah is a year old now. Well, really a year and 17 days, but with a one year old comes delays…
It’s been a blast, the last few months she’s really become mobile which is tiring but loads of fun.
They really do grow up way too fast and we have no idea where the last year has gone, but we look forward to many hectic years to come.
Delilah Video Post
With the little one growing and exploring more and more every day videos are a ton of fun to watch and create now. These are some of the ones I’ve made (all on my iPhone using iMovie) that sort of show her progression. I try to keep them short and to the point so they’re all under 1 minute (& most are under 30 seconds). The embedded Youtube player is a playlist, so I’ll keep adding to it as I upload more videos.

Delilah 0-6 Months
Friday was Delilah’s 6 month birthday. Man oh Man. The past 6 months have been a blur. Delilah’s had lots of milestones, smiles, babbling, standing, grabbing, sitting & just recently, rolling over. Looking back through these pictures made me smile so many times…

The next 6 months will be just as exciting with even more milestones, but will probably fly by even faster.

Delilah Grace
We had this short & sweet ‘Pushing’ post all ready, but the little lady had other plans so we had to wait until now to let the world know. Not the first plans she’s disrupted and certainly won’t be the last. That’s ok though, it all comes with the territory.
It’s been a long few days but she’s here! Couldn’t be more excited (and scared… but that will pass).
Delilah Grace was born at 8:26pm May 19th weighing in at a healthy 9lbs 12.5oz & measuring 21.25″. Because of all the meds Rachel was on she needs to stay in the special care room for at least the night which is a little hard for us but it’s for the best, we can actually get some sleep tonight! Her name does have some meaning to us but that’s for another time.
We knew everyone would want pictures so we wanted to get these up right away.
Mom & Baby are both healthy & sleeping soundly. Dad is about to head off in that direction as well. Heh, Dad… that’ll take some getting used to.
