Say goodbye to your keyboard and mouse. Microsoft has released a new product that has been top-secret for the past 5 years under the code name ‘Milan’. It is now called Microsoft Surface and is definitely worth a look. I for one would welcome the new mode of input especially in my living room.
It appears as if the Microsoft people took a lesson or two from Apple and released a product that interacts with people in the way they wish to use it rather than the way Microsoft wants them to use it. Depending on the price I can totally see Surface being a standard household appliance much like the personal computer is today.
Check out the video below for a quick overview of some of the things Surface can do.
I dont know what kind of impact this has (if any) but good ol’ Condi is going to be testing the Tesla Roadster. Could this mean the administration is actually considering backing some Alternative Fuels? That will be the day.
well… It’s out. I’ve (probably prematurely) released Zippy Photos 1.0. The biggest problem is speed. I know I know… with a name like Zippy it should be quick. I haven’t spent a lot of time with speed improvements, I’ve mostly concentrated on features but I gurantee It’s top on the list now. I have some things to try and with some luck we’ll see a dramatic speed increase.
These people are absolutely crazy! Although this looks like a lot of fun. I’d love to try it but I have to imagine you need a lot of practice high up before you ever start skimming the ground like this.
If you liked that video heres another along the same lines.
If you didn’t happen to catch the latest episode of ‘The Office’ it was fantastic! Check out the clip below for a quick highlight. If you Did watch it (or after you’ve watched the clip) call this number: 1-800-984-3672. It’s the number printed on the flier/poster in the episode.
Some people have way too much time. Just from the small amount of video editing I have done I know this must have taken hours and hours.
Some people are just plain CRAZY
I love it when tough guys act like little girls.
Rachel and I went to go see Spiderman 3 with her brother Michael on Sunday. The action was superb, and the story was even pretty good but the dialog left something to be desired and what in the world is with the mini-musical in the middle? The movie could have been an hour shorter without the musical crap and without the cliche dialog lines and it would have been a 10. The movie gets a .1 out of a possible 10. I will say that the Sandman and Venom were awesome but beyond the action with said characters, there’s nothing keeping this movie afloat. I even felt that some of the special effects early on in the movie felt a bit shaky.
As a result, I’ve updated my Worst Movies of all Time list to include:
- The Talented Mr Ripley
- Citizen Kane (this movie is only good given the context, stand alone its terrible. It makes the worst list because it’s supposed to be such a classic)
- Spider Man 3
What makes me really sad is that I didn’t even go into this movie with high expectations and get disappointed like normal. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot and it didn’t disappoint.
